Nichtdeutsche Nachwuchsspieler: Segen oder Fluch?

Also ich finde Ausländische spieler sind schon wichtig, da sie den Verein immer wieder neuen Schwung und kreativität bringen. Das sieht mans schon bei Top Clubs wie z.b dem FC Barcelona die überall auf der Welt nach Spielern mit Potenzial suchen. Und sie haben damit ja auch erfolg wie man sieht. Von daher sind "Nichtdeutsche Nachwuchsspieler" für mich ein Segen aber man sollten die Deutschen Nachwuchsspieler dabei nicht vergessen, da sonst die ganze Mannschaftsmoral zerstört wird. Denn wenn es in einem Verein sagen wir 18 Ausländische spieler gibt und 2 sagen wir Deutsche fühlen die sich auch wiederrum unterdrückt da es nach meiner meinung nie mehr als 50% Ausländische Spieler in einem Team geben sollte so bleibt der Klub im Einklang.
